This healthy vegan butter recipe is the perfect replacement for your traditional dairy butter or margarine. If you are intolerant, vegan or simply looking for a great way to add healthy fats into you diet, this recipe is perfect for you and not to mention a great substitute to your traditional butter or margarine. Unlike margarine this recipe only uses natural ingredients, contains no GMOs or trans fat. Try this quick and easy recipe for that you and your family will enjoy!
What you will need:
1 Cup of Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup of Grape Seed Oil
1/2 Cup of Avocado Oil
1/2 Cup of Flax Oil
A Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Starting with you coconut oil, slowly add all of your oils and salt to a Kitchen Aid (or any mixer you prefer). Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is being properly mixed. Leave your butter to mix for approximately 10 min or until fluffy. Once your butter is the right consistency you must ensure to put it in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the oils to cool down and give it that real buttery texture.
