These butter cookies have got me far in life! Made by a little luck and a stubborn student, yours truly, to get out of a jam…no pun intended… Since I mastered this in grade 10, people lined up for these cookies, which I only make around Christmas time. They take a little practise to get the recipe just right, but as promised to many of my friends and families, here it finally is. Everyone’s favorite cookies!
